Our Credit Card Fraud Policy

Thank you for shopping at Solace Connect.  You are truly the fuel that powers this engine.  

As part of our continued effort to protect the public and our business from Credit Card Fraud, we have instituted measures that will mitigate the impact of fraud on our business and the legal credit card holders.  If a customer is suspected of using a stolen credit card, we will take the following steps to re-mediate the occurrence:

  1. We will attempt to email the customer at the email address on file.  The email will contain the concern that Solace Connect has, and the customer will see the options available to them for remediation.
  2. The customers purchase will be placed on hold until the customer has addressed the Credit Card Fraud claim with Solace Connect.
  3. If the Credit Card Fraud claim cannot be rectified by the customer, Solace Connect will refund the monies back to the credit card on file.
